Guest Code of Conduct & Dress Code

At Marrow Dinner Club, we are proud to offer an intimate, elevated dining experience where guests can relax, enjoy exceptional food, and immerse themselves in the culinary journey.

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests and staff, we kindly ask that everyone observe the following standards:

Respectful Behaviour

All guests are expected to treat fellow patrons and our team with courtesy and respect. Harassment, intimidation, aggressive behaviour, excessive profanity, or offensive and inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

Appropriate Conduct

Marrow Dinner Club is a fine dining environment. Lewd, disruptive, outlandish, or inappropriate behaviour that interferes with the experience of other guests will result in intervention by management.

Respect for Staff

Our team works hard to create a memorable and welcoming experience. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disrespectful behaviour toward any member of our staff will not be tolerated.

Responsible Alcohol Consumption

Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or ask a guest to leave if their behaviour becomes disruptive or inappropriate.

Respect for Other Guests

Please be mindful that Marrow is an intimate dining environment. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, and actions that negatively impact another guest's experience are not acceptable.

Dress Code

Marrow Dinner Club is an elevated fine dining experience, and we kindly ask our guests to dress accordingly.

Smart casual to elegant attire is encouraged. Guests are welcome to express their personal style while maintaining an appearance appropriate for a refined dining environment.

We kindly ask that guests avoid overly casual or inappropriate attire, including:

- Beachwear or swimwear
-Baseball Caps
- Excessively revealing clothing
- Dirty or heavily soiled clothing
- Attire that may be disruptive or inappropriate for a fine dining environment

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to guests whose attire is considered inappropriate for the dining experience.

Management's Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave the premises when their behaviour or attire violates our standards or compromises the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of our guests and staff.

Guests who are asked to leave due to inappropriate behaviour may not be permitted to return for future dining experiences.
