Just an Orleans girl with a simple idea to have an event space for dinner parties. Focusing on food, friends and ambiance. Marrow dinner club is a labour of love for her. Always improving and collaborating with her Chef, she uses her management and culinary background to always ensure consistent execution.

Chef Michel Gaumond is a 30 year veteran in the culinary industry. He started cooking in 1998 in the Ottawa Market, which pushed him to expand his culinary senses. Travelling the world working for top chefs and restaurants in London, Paris, Oslo, New York, Copenhagen, Reykjavik, Japan, Tokyo and more. His favorite Chef to work for was the legendary Marco Pierre White, rising to the top of his brigade at Harveys before moving on to the next adventure.
Michel was inducted into La Chaine des Rotisseurs as a Master Chef in 2022.
